The Opportunity:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young learners within the EYFS framework. You will contribute to a dynamic, international teaching community that values innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality education to Early Years Foundation Stage students according to the UK EYFS standards.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment that supports holistic child development.
  • Plan and implement creative, engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.
  • Assess children's progress accurately and maintain clear communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning experiences and support individual development.
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful environment that promotes equality and diversity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for students.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and reflective practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience teaching early years/pre-school children within the UK curriculum or equivalent international setting.
  • Qualified teacher status or relevant early childhood education qualification recognized by UK educational authorities.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and ability to implement it effectively in daily practice.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess children's progress and report effectively to parents and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience with technology integration in early years education.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Proficiency in teaching English as a second language.
  • Knowledge of the British curriculum and its application in early years education.
