A school in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Early Years Teacher to cover maternity leave from the start of the 2026/27 Academic year to October mid-term break 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Early Years students
• Plan and implement a structured curriculum aligned with the school’s educational standards
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and well-being
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student development
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, co-curricular activities, and professional development
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
• Support the school’s mission of instilling respect, responsibility, and global citizenship

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
• PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education
• Resident in the UAE with a valid work visa

Preferred

• Experience in Early Years education
• Familiarity with US-curriculum schools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse student populations
