Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary units and promote a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents to support student growth and maintain a strong home-school connection.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s academic programs.
• Support the school’s mission by promoting student well-being, global awareness, and academic excellence.
• Engage in co-curricular activities and contribute to the overall school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification and relevant teaching experience at the elementary level.
• Experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or similar international curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to student well-being and inclusive education.

Preferred

• Experience with inquiry-based learning and differentiated instruction.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
• Previous experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
