The Opportunity:

As an International Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping young minds and fostering a love of learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of all children.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular reports to parents and the Principal.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver long-term educational programs and school-wide initiatives.
• Support the school’s commitment to equal opportunities and cultural inclusivity.
• Manage classroom resources and ensure a safe, tidy, and well-organized learning space.
• Build strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively about student development and school activities.
• Participate in professional development and in-service training to enhance teaching practices and personal growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• At least 2–5 years of relevant professional teaching experience in early childhood education.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Education, or equivalent, from a recognized institution.
• Valid teaching certificates, diplomas, or accreditation if the degree is not in Education.
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Ability to provide original copies of academic transcripts and qualifications for verification.

Preferred

• Experience with IB PYP or IPC curriculum and training.
• International teaching experience, particularly in Asia.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
