Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and innovative English and EAL lessons to students across a range of ages and abilities.
- Support students in developing strong language skills and confidence in both spoken and written English.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and teaching resources aligned with the school’s educational vision.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English and EAL education.
- Strong subject knowledge in English and experience working with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments.
- Commitment to the values of kindness, inclusivity, and academic excellence.
Preferred
- Experience with alternative qualifications and innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with the use of technology in the classroom.
- Background in teaching psychology or related subjects.
