Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support student achievement and success.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality, curriculum-aligned lessons.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
• Support the pastoral care of students through form tutoring and other responsibilities.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and consistently with the school's policies.
• Use data to monitor student progress and inform teaching strategies.
• Embed the school's values and learning DNA into all aspects of teaching and learning.
• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to the school's vision and mission.
• Passion for education and a belief in student potential.
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in multiple international schools.
• Experience with the UK National Curriculum.
• Experience running extra-curricular activities (ECA).
• Continuing professional development (CPD) experience.
