Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge.
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching and student behaviour.
  • Experience in delivering a challenging curriculum to students of all abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development or leadership within a department.
  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Background in pastoral care or student support.
  • Experience in working with diverse student populations.
