Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English at all levels.
  • Experience of working in a multi-faith or inclusive educational setting.
  • Commitment to a virtues-led approach to education, promoting compassion, humility, and service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the school.

Preferred

  • Experience of teaching in a high-performing school or academy.
  • Experience with curriculum development and leadership in English.
