Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in English education.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English at all levels.
- Experience of working in a multi-faith or inclusive educational setting.
- Commitment to a virtues-led approach to education, promoting compassion, humility, and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across the school.
Preferred
- Experience of teaching in a high-performing school or academy.
- Experience with curriculum development and leadership in English.
- Experience of working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous involvement in charitable or community initiatives.
- Experience with pastoral care and student support.
