Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent qualification).
  • Proven experience teaching English to GCSE level.
  • Exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with the National Curriculum for England and international education standards.
  • Leadership experience or interest in pursuing leadership pathways within the school.
