The Opportunity:

We are seeking an outstanding English Teacher Key Stage 3/4 to join our dedicated team and contribute to the academic and personal development of students. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a supportive and innovative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, ensuring engaging and effective teaching.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the British curriculum and school standards.
  • Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school’s continuous improvement.
  • Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A good honor's degree in English language and literature.
  • Hold a PGCE teaching qualification from the UK, specialized in Secondary English with QTS.
  • Minimum of one year experience teaching English in a British curriculum school in the UAE, UK, or other countries.
  • Experience of teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 for a minimum of one year.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with the High Performance Learning (HPL) framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using technology to enhance learning.
