As a Computing Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4, with opportunities to contribute to Key Stage 5. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Computing lessons that inspire and engage students across Key Stages 2, 3, and 4
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and keep up-to-date with examination board requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching methods
• Use student data to personalise learning and support progress
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and support student well-being
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in extracurricular activities and community events
• Engage in professional development to enhance teaching and learning
• Contribute to the school’s growth by supporting the expansion into Key Stage 5
• Carry out other duties as required by the leadership team

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• UK teaching qualification with QTS
• Proven experience teaching Computing at Key Stages 2 and 3
• Strong subject knowledge of the Computing curriculum
• Commitment to excellence and high standards in teaching and learning
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and take ownership of student progress

Preferred

• Experience teaching Design Technology at Key Stages 2 and 3
• Experience with Key Stage 5 Computing subjects
• Background in examination boards and pathways
• Passion for innovation and technology in education
