Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or equivalent degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching Secondary A Level English.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding learning and teaching.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on reflection and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience with international curricula such as the International Baccalaureate.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and research-based practices.
