Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students across Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A-Level, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Deliver engaging, innovative lessons that align with the school's curriculum and promote student achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school’s English programme and pedagogical practices.
- Support students of varying English abilities, ensuring inclusive and effective learning experiences.
- Maintain strong communication with parents, students, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and community initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school through active involvement in departmental and institutional goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified to teach English at Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and A-Level.
- Proven experience teaching English to students with a range of abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for English teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, international school environment.
Preferred
- Experience with the IPC curriculum in Primary education.
- Familiarity with Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level qualifications.
- Experience in a multicultural or international school setting.
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
- Background in child protection and safeguarding practices.
