Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and student needs.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
• Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members.
• Participate in professional development and school meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Native English speaker with a valid passport from the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or South Africa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, along with an internationally recognized teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of international teaching experience at the primary level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Preferred

• Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Familiarity with the Ontario Curriculum.
• Experience in a multicultural educational setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
