Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the holistic development of students through meaningful engagement with parents and the wider school community.

  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individual learning needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to child protection and safeguarding.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development theories.
  • Experience with the Forest School model.
  • Familiarity with the International Primary Curriculum and teaching EAL students.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
