The Opportunity:

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that internal and external examinations are conducted with integrity and in line with JCQ regulations. You will support students with access arrangements and help maintain a fair and secure exam environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exams are administered in accordance with JCQ regulations and school policies.
• Supervise students during examinations, maintaining a calm and focused environment.
• Support students with access arrangements, ensuring their needs are met.
• Monitor exam rooms to prevent any form of malpractice or breach of exam rules.
• Maintain accurate records of exam sessions and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of exam materials.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support teams to ensure smooth exam operations.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all exam-related information.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in an educational or administrative role is desirable.
• Knowledge of JCQ regulations and exam procedures.

Preferred

• Previous experience in exam invigilation or a similar role.
• Experience working with students requiring access arrangements.
