Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise students during examinations to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a calm and focused environment throughout the examination period.
  • Assist the Examination Officer in setting up and managing examination rooms.
  • Report any irregularities or concerns promptly and accurately.
  • Stay vigilant and attentive throughout long periods of monitoring.
  • Follow training and protocols to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Work flexibly during key examination periods throughout the year.
  • Support the smooth running of the school’s assessment processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Ability to remain attentive and focused for extended periods.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Previous experience in an exam or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Familiarity with examination regulations and procedures.
  • Previous experience as an invigilator or in a similar role.
  • Flexibility to work during peak examination periods.
