Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with JCQ guidelines
• Seat and instruct candidates on the proper conduct of their exams
• Distribute exam papers and materials to candidates
• Address candidate queries in a professional and timely manner
• Supervise candidates throughout the examination to ensure fairness and integrity
• Maintain a calm and focused environment during exams
• Report any incidents or irregularities during the examination process
• Attend training sessions to ensure compliance with examination procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to guidelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours during the academic year
• Commitment to the school’s values of respect, responsibility, and kindness

Preferred

• Previous experience in an examination or educational setting
• Experience with exam invigilation or similar roles
• Familiarity with JCQ guidelines and procedures
• Experience working with students in an academic environment
