Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach all areas of the Early Years Curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports student development.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with EAL or additional learning needs.
  • Use data from assessments to inform planning and provide targeted support for student progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as therapists and psychologists to support student well-being.
  • Ensure that the school’s values and learning principles are embedded in all aspects of teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including curriculum development, training, and special events.
  • Run weekly ECA sessions to enrich student experiences and enhance the school’s provision.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in the English National Curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach across a range of ages and abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in EYFS teaching.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
