Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children
• Plan and implement creative, interactive lessons that promote holistic development
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s signature programmes and innovative learning initiatives
• Engage with parents and the wider school community to support student progress and well-being
• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and wider campus life
• Monitor and assess student progress in line with school standards and EYFS guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum of a B.Ed. or a B.A & PGCE with QTS
• Proven experience in delivering an enriched EYFS curriculum
• Strong academic background and excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate young learners
• Commitment to the school’s core values and ethos
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with Positive Education (PosEd) principles
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology integration
• Experience in leading or supporting extracurricular activities
• Middle leadership experience or aspirations for leadership roles
• Fluency in using educational apps and digital tools for teaching
