Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of school facilities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements to school buildings, equipment, and technology.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support efficient and effective operations.
  • Work closely with staff and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities and maintenance.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
  • Support the school’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align facilities management with the school’s strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience in coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred
