Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support efficient and effective operations.
- Work closely with staff and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to facilities and maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Support the school’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align facilities management with the school’s strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with external contractors and service providers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with education technology and modern learning environments.
- Background in school operations or administration.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards.
