The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England and Wales.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and social development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring consistent and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, identifying and addressing safeguarding concerns.
- Lead by example, supporting the professional development of peers and contributing to the school’s leadership structure.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Foundation Stage Teacher with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE).
- Proven experience teaching Foundation Stage within a British curriculum setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for England and Wales and its assessment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Commitment to student welfare, with the ability to identify and report safeguarding concerns.
- Availability to start in August 2026.
Preferred
- Experience in leadership or mentoring within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with British curriculum schools in the UAE.
- Experience with pastoral care and child development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
