Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with special educational needs through personalized learning strategies and individualized care.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement inclusive learning plans.
• Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to enhance student engagement and academic progress.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and teaching teams.
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance inclusion practices.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Minimum High School education in English and Maths
• Experience or aptitude for working with students with special educational needs
• Previous teaching or teaching assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
