The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum of England for KS1 students
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent learning
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing targeted support where needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum of England at KS1
  • Strong subject knowledge in the primary curriculum
  • Experience working within a high-performing teaching team
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
  • Familiarity with British curriculum standards and assessment practices

Preferred

  • Experience with evidence-based teaching strategies and cognitive science principles
  • Experience with technology-enhanced learning
  • Experience working in an international school environment
  • Experience with extra-curricular programme delivery
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
