Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Arabic language instruction to primary students.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum and school standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-curricular learning and professional development.
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, including curriculum development and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Support extracurricular activities and school events that enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge in Arabic.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of MOE.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Preferred

• Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration.
• Familiarity with AI-based learning tools or robotics in education.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in international school settings.
