Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and learning programs
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals through individualized planning and intervention
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and carers
- Participate in professional learning and development opportunities to enhance teaching practice
- Contribute to the school’s wider community through events, outreach, and student support initiatives
- Uphold the school’s core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of work
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field and a recognised teaching qualification or license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a school or international school environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with willingness to undergo background checks and police verification
- Strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction
Preferred
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL/TESOL)
