Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Geography to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding learning and teaching.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with IGCSE, GCSE, IB, A’ Level, or BTEC curricula.
  • Experience in blended learning and the use of technology in the classroom.
  • Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community engagement.
