Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, inclusive Geography lessons that engage and challenge students
Plan and implement an ambitious and evolving Geography curriculum
Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely interventions where needed
Collaborate with the Geography team to enhance teaching and learning
Promote positive behaviour and support the wellbeing of all students
Participate in professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives
Engage with students, parents, and external partners to support learning and achievement
Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events as required

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Geography or a related subject
Experience in teaching Geography at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire student interest in Geography
Commitment to inclusive practice and raising achievement across all ability ranges
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and take responsibility for student progress
