Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth.
• Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour and a safe learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in designing and delivering engaging schemes of work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• A strong commitment to continuous professional development

Preferred

• A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in a school with a strong focus on pastoral care
• Experience in a small class setting
