Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy for the primary school.
• Oversee the integration of technology across the curriculum to enhance teaching and learning.
• Manage and support the use of digital tools and resources by teachers and students.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align ICT initiatives with the school’s strategic goals.
• Lead professional development programs for staff in the use of emerging technologies.
• Ensure the safe and responsible use of technology in line with the school’s values and safeguarding policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ICT initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Work with external partners to explore new educational technologies and innovations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in an educational technology role within a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging ICT tools and their application in education.
• Experience in curriculum development and the integration of technology in teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, students, and parents.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience in a school with a strong international and multicultural profile.
• Familiarity with British and international curricula, such as the International Primary Curriculum.
• Experience with EdTech and digital learning platforms.
• A background in leading or supporting innovative technology projects in education.
