The Opportunity:

As Head of Secondary School, you will lead and manage the secondary school team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with Cambridge standards. This role is pivotal in shaping the academic and personal growth of students while supporting staff development and fostering a positive school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the secondary school team to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Implement and monitor the Cambridge curriculum to maintain academic excellence.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student well-being and achievement.
  • Support staff through professional development and leadership opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through data-driven strategies.
  • Engage with parents and the wider school community to build strong partnerships.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the school.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and international educational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in secondary education leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum framework.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in an international school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience in managing large-scale educational programs or initiatives.
  • Background in school administration or senior leadership roles.
  • Experience with international education standards and accreditation processes.
  • Familiarity with STEM-based enrichment programs.
