The Opportunity:

As Head of Secondary School, you will lead and manage the secondary school team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with Cambridge standards. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in secondary education leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum framework.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an international school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes.
