The Opportunity:

As the Head of Sports and Activities, you will lead the development and implementation of a dynamic sports and co-curricular programme that aligns with the school’s mission and supports student growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school’s physical education, sports, and co-curricular programme
• Coordinate resources, budget, and facilities to enhance the sports programme and ensure accessibility for all students
• Collaborate with external organisations and other schools to develop competitive sports and co-curricular activities
• Oversee the development and implementation of the camp programme, including student recruitment and facility use during school breaks
• Work with the Leadership Team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with teaching experience
• Certification in CPR and first aid or willingness to acquire certification
• Experience working with children ages 2-19
• Experience with the implementation of regulations and standards for Sports, Activities and Camps

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
