Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Promote and uphold the Catholic faith and ethos of the Trust across all aspects of school life.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and external agencies.
- Inspire, motivate, and empower pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with the Trust board, governors, and parents to support the school’s mission and vision.
- Drive innovation, creativity, and inclusion in all areas of the school.
- Contribute actively to the wider school and Trust context, supporting shared goals and initiatives.
- Ensure the school maintains a strong reputation in the local and wider community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A practicing Catholic leader committed to the Catholic faith and ethos.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a school.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Experience in promoting inclusion, innovation, and creativity in education.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy Trust or similar educational setting.
- Background in professional development and staff training.
- Experience in working with external agencies and stakeholders.
