Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the school on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Promote and uphold the Catholic faith and ethos of the Trust across all aspects of school life.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders and external agencies.
• Inspire, motivate, and empower pupils to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with the Trust board, governors, and parents to support the school’s mission and vision.
• Drive innovation, creativity, and inclusion in all areas of the school.
• Contribute actively to the wider school and Trust context, supporting shared goals and initiatives.
• Ensure the school maintains a strong reputation in the local and wider community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A practicing Catholic leader committed to the Catholic faith and ethos.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a school.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Experience in promoting inclusion, innovation, and creativity in education.

Preferred

• Experience in a multi-academy Trust or similar educational setting.
• Background in professional development and staff training.
• Experience in working with external agencies and stakeholders.
