Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a committed team of staff to deliver high-quality education and pastoral care.
- Develop and implement a clear vision for school improvement and growth.
- Ensure the school continues to achieve excellent academic results and Ofsted standards.
- Promote and uphold the Catholic ethos and values across all aspects of school life.
- Manage and develop effective relationships with parents, governors, and the local community.
- Oversee the school’s financial and operational performance with efficiency and accountability.
- Support the professional development of teaching and support staff.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a Headteacher or senior leadership role in a secondary school.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of school improvement.
- Deep understanding of Catholic education and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in driving academic and pastoral excellence.
- Ability to lead and manage large teams effectively.
Preferred
- Experience in a specialist school, particularly in mathematics and computing.
- Familiarity with Ofsted inspection processes and standards.
- Experience in leading a large secondary school with a strong sixth-form provision.
- Knowledge of British values and their integration into school life.
- Experience in fostering strong community and parental engagement.
