Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven senior leadership experience in a high-performing day and boarding school.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Deep commitment to the education of girls and young women.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Ability to lead a large, outward-facing institution with confidence and resilience.
Preferred
- Experience with co-education in the preparatory years.
- Background in international education or global outreach.
- Experience with school mergers or large-scale organisational change.
- Knowledge of innovative educational practices and technologies.
- Experience in leading successful boarding provision.
