Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a high-performing day and boarding school.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Deep commitment to the education of girls and young women.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
  • Ability to lead a large, outward-facing institution with confidence and resilience.

Preferred

  • Experience with co-education in the preparatory years.
  • Background in international education or global outreach.
  • Experience with school mergers or large-scale organisational change.
  • Knowledge of innovative educational practices and technologies.
  • Experience in leading successful boarding provision.
