Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Physics lessons that are engaging, challenging, and aligned with the curriculum.
  • Support students in achieving their full potential through individualized guidance and assessment.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and staff development initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and events that enhance the student experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Physics education and incorporate new teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Physics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or contributing to a successful Physics department.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment design.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
