Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Physics or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to a successful Physics department.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment design.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
