The Opportunity:
As a Headteacher, you will lead and inspire a school community, driving excellence in teaching and learning while ensuring a positive and high-achieving environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the campus, maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through coaching, performance management, and staff development.
- Focus on student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement to create a supportive learning environment.
- Use data to monitor progress, set targets, and improve attainment across the school.
- Develop and deliver the school improvement plan, ensuring priorities are met and achieved.
- Act as a visible and approachable leader, building trust and credibility with staff, students, and parents.
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, statutory requirements, and school standards.
- Collaborate with the wider OneSchool Global network to share best practices and support broader initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a senior leader in a school setting (e.g., Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, or equivalent).
- Strong classroom practice with the ability to model and coach outstanding teaching.
- Demonstrated experience in improving student outcomes through effective leadership of teaching and learning.
- Confident in using data and assessment to drive performance and inform decision-making.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and school leadership responsibilities.
- Passionate about education with a commitment to staff and student development.
Preferred
- Experience with self-directed learning frameworks.
- Experience in leading school improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with global educational standards and best practices.
- Experience with technology-enhanced learning environments.
