The Opportunity:

As a Headteacher, you will lead and inspire a school community, driving excellence in teaching and learning while ensuring a positive and high-achieving environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the campus, maintaining high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through coaching, performance management, and staff development.
  • Focus on student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Use data to monitor progress, set targets, and improve attainment across the school.
  • Develop and deliver the school improvement plan, ensuring priorities are met and achieved.
  • Act as a visible and approachable leader, building trust and credibility with staff, students, and parents.
  • Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, statutory requirements, and school standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider OneSchool Global network to share best practices and support broader initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a senior leader in a school setting (e.g., Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, or equivalent).
  • Strong classroom practice with the ability to model and coach outstanding teaching.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving student outcomes through effective leadership of teaching and learning.
  • Confident in using data and assessment to drive performance and inform decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and school leadership responsibilities.
  • Passionate about education with a commitment to staff and student development.

Preferred

  • Experience with self-directed learning frameworks.
  • Experience in leading school improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with global educational standards and best practices.
  • Experience with technology-enhanced learning environments.
