The Opportunity:

A High School Business Management & Economics Teacher is needed to support the delivery of IB MYP/DP, College Board AP, BTEC, and other course programs. This role is ideal for an experienced educator passionate about inspiring students and contributing to a dynamic learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality Business Management & Economics lessons aligned with IB, AP, and other curricula.
• Engage and support a diverse student body through inclusive and innovative teaching methods.
• Foster student well-being and holistic development through extracurricular involvement and mentorship.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and support school-wide initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
• Experience in teaching IB MYP/DP or College Board AP courses.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to student-centered learning and inclusive education.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience with BTEC or other vocational qualifications.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology.
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, French, Spanish).
