The Opportunity:

As a High School Curriculum Coordinator, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the U.S.-based curriculum for grades 6 through 12. This role is central to ensuring academic excellence and alignment with U.S. standards while supporting teacher growth and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the design, alignment, and continuous improvement of middle school and high school curricula based on U.S. standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and academic excellence across grade levels
  • Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and curriculum adjustments
  • Support professional development initiatives for faculty to enhance teaching practices
  • Integrate technology into curriculum planning to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Communicate clearly with faculty, students, parents, and administration to maintain alignment and transparency
  • Ensure all curricular materials and assessments meet U.S. secondary education standards and frameworks

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in curriculum coordination or instructional leadership within a U.S.-based educational system
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. secondary education standards, assessment practices, and curriculum frameworks
  • Proven ability to analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with faculty, students, parents, and administration

Preferred

  • Experience with integrating technology into curriculum planning
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under deadlines
