The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons tailored to the needs of students across all ability levels.
  • Plan and prepare resources that align with the curriculum and promote a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Assess student progress and use data to inform planning and intervention.
  • Support students’ academic and personal development through regular communication with parents and carers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach across the age and ability range.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to the school's vision and mission.

Preferred

  • Experience working in multiple international schools.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering creative and innovative lessons.
  • Experience with co-curricular activities and student leadership programs.
