Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all ability levels in the class.
• Create a positive learning environment through effective classroom organization and resource management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success and well-being.
• Assess and monitor student progress in line with school policies and provide feedback to parents.
• Participate in curriculum action groups and support the planning and delivery of school events.
• Promote a culture of high expectations, self-control, and independence among students.
• Use assessment data to inform planning, provision, and intervention strategies.
• Reflect on teaching practices and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
• Proven ability to teach across the age and ability range.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to the school's vision, mission, and values.
• Passion for education and a belief in the potential of every student.

Preferred

• Experience working in more than one international school.
• Experience with co-curricular activities and student leadership development.
• Demonstrated resilience, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
