Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all ability levels in the class.
• Motivate students through enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
• Observe and assess students in line with school policies and provide feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student happiness and academic success.
• Maintain a positive learning environment by organizing classroom provisions and learning resources.
• Reflect on classroom practices and make necessary adjustments to support student progress.
• Support and participate in school events, outings, and activities, including those on weekends or evenings.
• Use assessment data to inform planning and intervention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.
• Outstanding teaching ability with experience across the age ability range.
• Commitment to the school's vision and mission statement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience of working in more than one international school.
• Passion for education and a belief in the potential of every student.
• Experience with co-curricular activities and student leadership development.
