Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality History lessons to students in the Senior School.
• Teach the Story of Our Land (SOOL) course at Key Stage 3, integrating history, geography, philosophy, and religion.
• Support the academic and personal development of students through innovative teaching methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and learning experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress regularly.
• Participate in professional development and staff training programs.
• Uphold the school’s values and safeguarding policies at all times.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching History at the Senior School level.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience teaching cross-curricular courses or interdisciplinary subjects.
• Familiarity with international curricula such as the IB or Cambridge.
• Experience with teaching in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in a second language, particularly Thai or other regional languages.
