Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Geography, History or RE.
- Support students in achieving excellent academic results at Key Stage 4 and 5.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and inclusive approach to teaching and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities.
- Engage with students, parents and the wider school community.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Geography, History or RE.
- Experience in teaching at Key Stage 4 and 5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering examination qualifications.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and pedagogical practices.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
