Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A BEd or equivalent degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Humanities to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
• Strong, evidence-based teaching pedagogy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to collaboration and sharing of best practice.
• A growth mindset and willingness to reflect and improve.

Preferred

• Experience with blended learning and technology integration.
• Involvement in extracurricular activities and community engagement.
• Experience with international curricula such as IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or A’ Level.
