Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Music to KS4/KS5 or equivalent.
  • Strong, evidence-based teaching pedagogy with a focus on student outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Familiarity with IGCSE, GCSE, IB, A’ Level, or BTEC curricula.
  • Experience in blended learning and the use of technology in the classroom.
  • Involvement in extra-curricular music activities or performance events.
