Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum).
- Support and assess student progress through innovative teaching strategies and meaningful feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and professional growth initiatives.
- Participate in co-curricular activities, including academic competitions, clubs, and sports.
- Engage with students and parents to ensure a supportive and inclusive school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Global Perspectives, Geography, and History to KS3 to 5 students
- At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
- Proven record of student success in international education
- Strong commitment to inquiry-based, student-centred learning
- Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and cross-disciplinary teaching
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
- Experience in co-curricular or extracurricular programme leadership
