Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum).
  • Support and assess student progress through innovative teaching strategies and meaningful feedback.
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and professional growth initiatives.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities, including academic competitions, clubs, and sports.
  • Engage with students and parents to ensure a supportive and inclusive school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching Global Perspectives, Geography, and History to KS3 to 5 students
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
  • Proven record of student success in international education
  • Strong commitment to inquiry-based, student-centred learning
  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies

Preferred

  • Experience with curriculum development and cross-disciplinary teaching
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international school setting
  • Experience in co-curricular or extracurricular programme leadership
