Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed.

  • Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support student learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Humanities.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching across multiple Key Stages.
  • Experience with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and mentoring.
  • Experience in a school with a strong focus on student outcomes and academic achievement.
  • Familiarity with The Circle Trust and its values.
  • Experience in a school with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
