Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote student achievement and a love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where needed.

- Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Humanities.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Experience teaching across multiple Key Stages.
- Experience with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and mentoring.
- Experience in a school with a strong focus on student outcomes and academic achievement.
- Familiarity with The Circle Trust and its values.
- Experience in a school with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
