Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the International Baccalaureate framework.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and student engagement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that support the school’s academic and pastoral goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent delivery of the IB curriculum across all levels.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development through personalized teaching strategies.
• Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE and a degree in the subject area.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and engage students in an international setting.
• Strong understanding of the IB curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Availability to start immediately in October 2025.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching within an international school environment.
• Familiarity with the IB Career-related Programme or Diploma Programme.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cross-cultural collaboration and community engagement.
