The Opportunity:

As an IBCP Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the implementation and delivery of the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme. This is a unique opportunity to lead and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators, ensuring a high-quality learning experience aligned with IB standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and assessment of the IBCP in collaboration with teachers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that pedagogical practices align with the IB Standards and Practices and the school’s educational vision.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their understanding and delivery of the IBCP.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate the IBCP into the broader curriculum and school-wide initiatives.
• Promote a culture of inquiry, student-centered learning, and academic excellence across the school.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior or middle leadership within an educational setting
• Fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of international education standards and frameworks

Preferred

• Experience in teaching or coordinating the IB Career-related Programme
• Knowledge of child protection and health and safety protocols
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in IB Standards and Practices and the DP curriculum framework
• Proficiency in additional languages
